F.A.Q

Q - What conditions do you treat?

A - We treat a wide range of musculoskeletal conditions including back and neck pain, sports injuries, joint pain, tendon and ligament injuries, post-surgical rehabilitation, and work-related injuries.

Q - What happens during the first appointment?

A - Your first appointment includes a detailed assessment, discussion of your symptoms and goals, physical examination, diagnosis, and a tailored treatment plan. Treatment often begins in the first session.

Q - How many sessions will I need?

A - The number of sessions varies depending on the condition, severity, and your goals. Once there is an understanding of the diagnosis, a timeframe and plan will be discussed openly during your assessment.

Q - What should I wear during an appointment?

A - Please wear comfortable, loose-fitting clothing that allows us to assess and treat the affected area. Sportswear such as shorts, leggings, or a vest/t-shirt is ideal.

If your injury involves your lower body, shorts are recommended. For shoulder, neck, or upper-back issues, a vest or t-shirt that allows easy access is helpful.
