Foot Pain:
Foot pain can make even short walks or time on your feet uncomfortable. Whether it’s a sharp heel pain, aching arches, or soreness that’s built up over time, it can often be linked to things like plantar fasciitis, joint irritation, or how your foot moves under load.

 

Ankle Pain:
Ankle pain might come from a recent sprain, old injury, or ongoing stiffness and instability. It can limit your confidence on uneven ground, during exercise, or even with everyday movement.

 

Treatment may include hands-on treatment, mobility work, strength exercises, or advice on footwear and activity. If your pain isn’t improving, we’re here to help you take a step in the right direction.
